Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

Learn the foundations and subtle art of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST)—a gentle yet profound healing approach that works with the body’s innate rhythms, intelligence, and capacity for self-regulation.  It is a profound modality that is great for the practitioner  besides being amazing modality for clients.

This training teaches students how to listen deeply to the body, perceive subtle motion and energetic patterns, and support the release of held tension, trauma, and imbalance.

Drawing from his background in Somatic Psychology, Brian integrates BCST with practical bodywork skills and somatic dialoguing techniques, creating a holistic approach that addresses both physical and emotional healing.

Brian in 2004 wrote an intro to craniosacral workbook to go with his intro to BCST training. There is one page per concept as it makes it easy to track and follow.  It is a great guide, as one goes through this training.

Through guided theory, experiential practice, and hands-on learning, students develop presence, touch sensitivity, and the ability to create safe, transformative healing space for others.

Ideal for: bodyworkers, therapists, healers, and anyone seeking deeper embodied healing skills.

Somatic Dialoguing

Learn how to communicate with the intelligence of the body.
Drawing from over 25 years of experience and advanced training in Somatic Psychology, Brian teaches practitioners how to access and work with the body’s many layers of awareness—including the mind, heart, gut, nervous system, and deeper somatic experience.

We will discuss things like, “Pain in the Necks and The weight of world on one’s shoulders”.  Ways to work with these universal min/body experiences found on almost all people living on Earth.

Special attention is given to the Heart as a Unique Brain, which holds our deepest truth, the capacity for forgiveness, relational awareness, and connection to what matters most in life. It is rarely seen as a “Brain”, yet there is no doubt that if given the right circumstances that the perspective of the heart is prized and deeply meaningful.

There are very clear signs that the Heart has a unique way of communicating that is different from our mind in how it communicates, types of words it uses, and the pacing of words.

Participants learn both top-down approaches (mind to body) and bottom-up approaches (body to mind), developing skills that support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, trauma resolution, and embodied presence.

This training helps therapists and healers become more skillful in guiding clients into meaningful dialogue with their own inner experience—where deeper truth, insight, and healing often emerge.

Ideal for: therapists, coaches, bodyworkers, and healing professionals seeking greater depth in their practice.

Experiential Astrology - The 13 Signs

A deep and practical exploration of astrology as a map of human archetypes, patterns, and personal growth.

In this workshop, the 12 astrological signs are explored not as fixed personality labels, but as universal realms of human experience that each of us carries within. Participants learn how each archetype expresses itself in three main ways:  Healthy and balanced (Well Integrated and a strength in one’s life), in Repression (Not enough of or resistance to), and in Over-Expression (Too dependent and overbearing).

This offering has profound insight into behavior, relationships, strengths, and growth edges.  I’ve never met anyone who is masterful in all 12 archetypes and therefore this workshop has a great ability to name patterns and address changes that need to occur for optimal living.

So you may be wondering, "What about the 13th sign?"  I call the center of the wheel the 13th sign.  This is where we can be a, "Choosing one".  This is a spiritual place and of psychological power

By using Astrology as a practical map and not as a predictive tool then it can be more used for greater self-awareness, integration, and the conscious cultivation of the full spectrum of human qualities.

Ideal for: seekers, therapists, and anyone interested in self-understanding through archetypal wisdom.

Learn to Drive Your Auto-Nomics

IMG_4157.JPG

A practical and empowering course on learning how to consciously regulate your autonomic nervous system—instead of being unconsciously driven by it.

Using an easy-to-understand driving metaphor, participants learn how to become the driver of their inner world: understanding their “dashboard,” regulating their “gas and brake pedals,” choosing healthy fuel sources, navigating stress, and learning when and how to slow down or speed up (create energy on demand), how to pause by putting one’s self into Nuetral, or shift directions.

This class offers clear, embodied tools for nervous system awareness, emotional regulation, and self-leadership. It is approachable, experiential, and grounded—making complex psychology simple, memorable, and useful in everyday life.

It was designed for the average person with less wording and understanding of psychology, neuroscience, and self-regulation.  This system assists so much because, “If you can name it, then you can tame it!”.  This names and then even better offers simple tools towards taking control of your mind/body and therefore your life.

Ideal for: therapists, coaches, group leaders, and anyone wanting greater self-regulation, clarity, and resilience.

Life and Spiritual Journey Through The Numbers

IMG_4152.PNG

Discover a life-span development system in this experiential workshop that begins at birth and guides participants through the symbolic and spiritual phases of life. Unlike traditional numerology, which often links a person to a single number, this system explores all numbers 0–10 as a developmental map that one progresses through learning lessons along their life path.

Numbers 0–4 focus on the physical, emotional, and psychological growth from conception through adulthood — This is the foundational stages most people navigate.

Numbers 5–10 explore the spiritual phases of life, offering guidance on what to expect in the spiritual realms as it can be a place of unknown and mysterious realms.  Looking deeply at the the most spiritual questions we can have which are what are my gifts to share with the world and how do I make peace internally within a life full of external conditioning.

This approach uses metaphors and symbolic frameworks to reflect where participants are in their personal journey, providing insight without judgment. The system draws on Jungian psychology as well as Chinese, Jewish, and other mystical traditions, creating a rich, multi-dimensional map of human development.

Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of their life path, practical insights for personal growth, and a framework to navigate both physical and spiritual development with clarity and awareness.
Ideal for: individuals seeking deeper understanding of life path, spiritual development, and personal evolution.

Ideal for: People who work with teens or younger folks exploring early adulthood, or anyone wanting to reflect on common themes of spiritual development.
